    Any particular month?

100% Bikes [1] have just sent round an email with
Brands Hatch Indy "from" £129 on 8th Sept and
Silverstone GP at £99 on Tues 10th Oct...

I might well be. Do you know how it works? Ie, Do they somehow cram 3 groups
into 4 sessions in 2 1/2 hours or what?

No more track days for me this year unfortunately - no holiday left.
However, I'm up for as many local track evenings as I can get my grubby
little hands on. Doing Brands Indy next week actually - 4 sessions for £79
with Focused Events, if you're interested.

A mere 30 minutes from work, tempting. What day(s) you going ?

2 groups - a beginner / intermediate and an intermediate / fast. The latter
group was half empty on the last one I went in (8 people on the track
IIRC) - I guess because track day addicts tend to do the full days.

Things are pretty hurried - the first group are out on the track straight
after the briefing (so make sure you go to the loo beforehand), and it's all
a bit more informal than a full day, but they're full 20-minute sessions -
starting at 5.30 and going through to 8.00ish. Nice thing to look forward to
    after work.

Wednesday - although it may well be booked-up by now. There's a few more
before the end of the year though.

The downside is it means you feel completely fucked at work the next day,
    but who cares?

Heh, if you're not completely fucked you're not trying hard enough.

Tomorrow will make a few calls, see i can get off early, check diary
etc - i'll post how many spaces they have left.

Sorry if someone's already posted about this, but I'm using Google
Groups, so can't see today's messages.

Anyway, from the looks of the website
(http://www.focusedevents.co.uk/), the 11th is full up (unless anyone
    cancels), but there's others on the 12th, 16th, 17th and 1st.

Ooh ooh maybe I should take the insurance company's VFR on a track day.
I'm apparently only liable for £100 of damage to it...

    Maybe not.
