My wife agrees, occasionally, when I consent to be a sex-object.

If you want good tools at the right price I'de look around at engineering
    <snip>

Can you give an example of an engineering supply shop or a heading to look
    under in the yellow pages.

    Thanks,

    Shane.

I'm very surprised that a company called "King Dick" seems to have gone out
    of business, Theo!!
I'm sure it'd be a big seller at Repco on father's day!

  5. Didn't read through everyones replies. But ive gone a Repco socket set..they
are around 100 with 1/4 and 1/8 drives. Also comes with spinner and
fingertip ratchet. Metric and imperial and adapter for screw heads. I have
found this to be an AWESOME set. ont op of that i reccomend the common
spanners...(preferably ring). In whatever sives you need?. and a good set of
allen keys... ive spent many nights drilling shit out cos ive stripped heads
    with cheap shit.

I've just picked myself up cheap a smokey old Yamaha XS250 and I feel it's
time to get myself some decent tools for working on it. I think the way to
go is to buy good quality tools piece by piece (I'm a student so budget
applies). I'm wondering what brands are good but affordable and where is the
best place to go (I'm in the Eastern/Inner Eastern suburbs of Melbourne).

Also what are the essentials of ones home motorcycle workshop. If you had to
list them in order of necessity, what would the list look like?

    Thanks for any responses,

    Shane.

Well ... precisely infact! I dunno, I seem to find them handy now and then.
Stupid things like bloody beds, lawnmower and other crap equipment is often
still made in imperial sizes. Cahns!

just got my catalogue from Moyles today (kick ass place that I go to) and
they have some ISG stores in Melb.

I have NO idea if these are close to you, but they look like the only ones
that might be. Other suburbs are Bendigo (haha), Geelong (yeah right),
Laverton (middle of fucken no where), Portland (probably middle of
nowhere), and Thomastown (practically, another shit hole).

If you're one of a group of people in a line waiting for public transport,
    does that make you incubus?

None. I just responded when I realised your succubus reference had been
either widely-ignored or had caused universal whooshing.

Anyway, I know lots of words :) I'm a walking pantology.
