I have an additional tool cabinet (and a fine specimen it is too) but the
    drawers are unlined.

Any recommendations or ideas of where to get thin rubber or foam sheets
to line said drawers - cheaply?

    sweller says...
Halfords sold them last time I looked. If not, most garden centres sell
rubber 'potting' sheets which could be cut to fit.

Foam used as underlay for laminate flooring - thin and easily cut with
a Stanley knife. Huge rolls are cheap as chips and available from B&Q,
    Homebase etc.

  20. I think Sealey (the US tool company) sells it in rolls... It's like a non
    slip mesh of black rubber...
