  2. Insane.

And I thought the 5-litre V-8s were over the top.

**** me, welcome to the year before last.

Besides which, it has 4 wheels, it's a car that got squished. And it
couldn't possibly go around corners at any better than a crawl.

Hey, did you hear that the Japanese are going to bring
out an inline four? Insane! Thankfully, no-one will
    ever buy one.

No-one would ever try to put a disc brake on a motorcycle?!!!? That's just
    overkill technology for technology's sake!

One of my grandfathers was invited to buy a half share in a
small startup that was planning to build and sell some new-fangled
type of lawnmower where the blades were attached to a big disc
under the body of the machine or something bizarre like that.
'Victa', I think they called themselves.

He knocked it back - reckoned that the rotary lawnmower would
    never catch on.

Nothing that a Turbo Hayabusa hasn't done already .... except they still
    handle.
