A quick google and you will now find the UK Gatso/Specs/Red Light camera
database in Tom Tom form. We've downloaded it to the Bytel unit and it
works a treat. It creates a Point of Interest catagory. You set a global
distance before the *hazard* to be warned and an alarm mechanism. I've
set the standard ship's warning whistle at a fair volume to alert us. By
**** it nearly takes you out the seat when not expected!! Heart attack
    city.

POIplace will give you voice warnings, tell you how far and what the limit
    is.

Each camera belongs to a specific category (linked to the limit) So
effectively there are 5 sets of POIs (one for 30, 40, 50 60 and 70 mph)

You then set a voice prompt for each category.

The only snag I've found with it is that it doesn't know what direction you
are heading in, so you get warnings for cameras close to your route (and
those facing the other way). Also, the default voice prompts are of rather
lower volume than those of tomtom. If you can hear tomtom, the speed
warnings are a bit quiet, if you can hear the warnings, the tomtom
    instructions make your ears bleed.
