I wheeled both bikes out of the garage, rearranged things a bit, and
    turned the SV round.

    Go me!

    Can anyone top this?

I'm just washing the salt off the 1150 with cold water. One of the top
ten pet hates about winter biking, that.

Oh, and I rode it about 100 yards from garage 2 to garage 1.

I seriously thought about taking the bike out, *really* seriously.

However, I have to take my old mum to the hospital, so that's sort of
fucked up what could have been a definite possibility.

    I am truly gutted.

I wheeled the TDR from the patio back into the garage and bounced it up
    next to the wall!

I looked at bikes on ebay that I can no longer afford as my central heating
    boiler is dead.

I contemplated if it was worth putting the optimate on the 10R, but
decided to leave it on the ZRX as that's the bike with the alarm.

Started the sidecar, took it out for ten miles.

Started the K75; first time in a month, ran it for about 10 minutes.
    Washed it.

Rinsed the salt off the Pan, took it out for a spin.

Looked at the triumph, K1100. Put stuff on top of the ZXR750.

    You rock.
I walked past 2 of the bikes, got in the Corvette & went down the pub
for lunch. After eating, I got back in the Corvette & drove home again,
slowing down at several points to, ahem, 'heat up' the tyres. Then I
put it back in the garage, & walked past the bikes again to come inside.

Dunno yet - checking it will involve going into town, & that's
something I don't do at this time of year. I might get SWMBO to take it
in next week, now that she's a lady of leisure.

I leant the lawnmower against the 10R.

Oh, and brushed a bit of dust off the seat.

    ogden says...
I checked the Optimate was charging the ZXR750 battery it's attached to.
Then went to Danny's house and fitted a Harris race seat unit and a set
of Valter Moto rearsets to his ZX10R race bike.

I was feeling a bit gross when I woke up; since I was fettling all day
yesterday I neglected a shower for the whole of Saturday.
I got a shower, dried my hair and decided to try out an outfit that I
thought I might wear on my next drumming outing, which is a slashed top
    and small skirt.

Whilst I was ambling round the kitchen making an 11am 'just got up' cup
of tea and feeling a little over/under dressed for the occasion I
wandered out to the garage and checked that the sticky stuff had worked
on the heated grips. Since they say you can't turn the grips on for 24
hours after gluing and it is that cold outside I can't ride it, so I sat
on it and made "vroom" noises.

Then I went and told my parents that I wouldn't be home for Xmas, but I
used my car for that. I'm sure come next gig it'll be jeans and a tshirt
    as usual, ho hum.

I took the Wing shopping, then had to move it a bit in the garage to
make space for a sash window for the BiL.

    don't need checking ?
