to use web-based audio in diagnosing engine noise

My bike is running, but is making some unhealthy noises that I haven't
heard before.

I'm thinking I could record the sounds and post them to a public site.
Then somebody in this group could listen and tell what is probably wrong
with the engine.

I can make .wav files. Can somebody say where and approximately how to
post a file so others can listen? Thanks.
