And I offer the group www.jazzangles.co.uk - with special reference to
the Harleston (Norfolk) Jazz Festival starting on April 30th.

    It is always *VERY* good.

Bar and hot food. Ample parking, well-known and not-so-well-known
jazzers, and compèred by Digby Fairweather.

There are samples but no complete tracks available. If you head to the
media section you'll find a good video clip that shows her recording the
Soul Sessions album, with some of the biggest names in soul music doing
the production and backing. You may like, you may not.

there's a little 2nd-hand car place beside Bush Batteries, if that's
    what you're thinking of.

maybe I am, but I certainly didn't find the Gixer intimidating or
scary (despite it being someone else's bike, IYSWIM). I just didn't
get the instant feeling of "this bike is right for me" that I did the
    first time I rode a RR-1 'blade.

    Past it on the Wing.

So much for your old "slow-revving" Brit bikes.

    Face it, they're just slow.

It isn't at all IMO. In fact I think it's the easiest bike to ride
    I've ever ridden.

Prolly is the one, used to be called something like Seamer and Middleton,
IIRC but prolly don't, as it's been a while!

In so much as everything works so well yes. It also has the potential to get
you into more trouble though. The wheelie side of things appears to be
particularly sharp rather than linear IYSWIM.

I've not even attempted to wheelie it yet. Closest I've come is the
"front wheel hovering off the ground" thing under hard acceleration.

To be honest I don't plan on wheelying it either. I'm not skilled
enough and I can't afford to sling it down the road. If I get off my
arse and get a sh crosser in the summer then I'll learn on that.

  17. They played a bit of her record on (IIRC) World Service and I thought
