To Pally for Paying ?

    Interesting to get notification from PayPal concerning a significant
    alteration to its T`s and C`s.

    It`s looking like the Old Lady of Threadneedle St or wherever is being given
    the heave-ho in favour of a Luxemburger....!

    Looks like all PayPal clients will have their data now overseen by the
    Luxemburg Financial Authorities.......Gosh...sounds vaguely thrilling !!

    Ah well ...back to the stuffed mattress !
