Work is being undertaken to paint the front of Joy resturant over the

I have heard back from the Borough Council and the owners of the
restaurant have been told that this is a listed building and they
cannot paint over the stone. They have been advised to seek specialist
services to remove the paint."

 

Probably just doing what my brother used to do with his dog, when walking
it every evening. Rather than carry dog shit around with him for the
entire walk, he'd bag it, leave it in the gutter, then pick it up on the
return part of the journey.

 

My area (1km) the obsession seems to be untaxed cars and faded double
yellow lines but at least they appear to have basic language skills.
