Hmm. No, not really. Ideally I'd want a tourer with the seating
position of an enduro, thus the idea with the GS.

Well, I don't mind chains, I'll just fit a snot oiler.

I thought that's what the V Strom was?

Hmm, yes, fair enough. Anybody know if you can get factory luggage for
    them?

It's the knackered hand syndrome. The clutch is actually very light
(at least for a Pan) as Simes can attest. As it bloody well should be
given that I greased just about every pivot in sight.
Actually most of the controls on the Husky are one to two fingers
light. The PO of the Husky suffered from similar problems as I do
(another knackered hand) and was fine with the Husky as well.
It's more like, I know I have to spend cash on the Pan so I'm trying
to work out if I'll just keep spending or spend it on something else...

  8. No idea. I've never seen one on the road. Which should give you a hint.

That sounds like my standard reason for buying one.

    Oops.

Lots of them here. The local dealer had a new one with luggage in the
shop. I don't know if it was factory or no, I didn't ask, but the paint
    match was spot on.

I don't believe that there's special Suzuki luggage: I think they just use
Givi, (possibly with a Suzuki badge).

    Timo Geusch says...
Suzuki wouldn't bother making their own luggage, they'd leave it up to
importers to source luggage kits from Nonfango or Givi badged as their
own. Kawasaki did the precisely this with the ZZR1200 and others have
done the same in the past.
