    I like chaps. Wearing Leather pants around my region, is not a great
    idea, because they will eventually get to dern hot, and in that case,
    ''Chaps'' can be taken off, rolled up, and tied on the luggage rack.
    NOT ONLY that...
    ---I really, like the way Honey looks in her Chaps, she looks soooo
    good....JayT

    Umm, I think the pants are supposed to remain under the chaps.

  4. Actually, a tomboy is a girl that is more "outdoorsy", preferring
    sports verses playing with dolls. I I think you meant "butch" and no,
    I am not. I may be a "tomboy" but I like men. Well, most men. ;-)
    I was my Dad's best bud and we hunted and fished together, plus he'd
    often take me to work with him at the machine shop. He also was a
    mechanic. I have fair knowledge of mechanics, because of my dad. I
    can remember when he was selected as the best machinist in all of
    North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. There was a big write up in the
    newspaper about him and I still have that clipping. He did all of the
    machine work for Floyd Ruby. I wonder who all remembers that name?

    Also, my dad was a rider and had an Indian Motorcycle. :)

    =====I didnt make that too clear, sorry about that.
    I meant when wearing leather pants, and you get too hot, you'd have to
    find a special place to take 'em off, not like, or as easy as;
    ''chaps''.
    Ive ridden with riders wearing the leather pants, and recall some of
    them got a bit uncomfortably hot.... when walking around, or even eating
    in a restaurant.....(my obsevational opinion.)

    Hey...we use to get by calling gals like you 'Tom Boys', cant do that

    =======After I posted this, I realized I mispelled ''Butch''
    My point was, its' been many years, since any one used the
    term''TomBoy'', when referring to a out-doorsy country gal.
    I recall when someone was refered to as ''a gay person'', they meant a
    real joyous person. and a ''joint'' was a bad place to be at.
    Thangs have really changed...but I been around long uh'nuff to 'member
    lots of changes...and I like most of 'em, I aint complaining that much.
    I am just so proud to be here.....ehehheheh

    Funny my year round gear is waterproof, WARM and realtively cool on
    hot days. No need to take it off except to go to sleep...damn armor is
    uncomfortable for any sleep except to sleep at the IB inn. Best of all
    I don't have to treat it with anything...
    p.s. I admit it does make my butt look big off the bike.

    the joint".
