Buy two, take the lid off one and leave it under his pillow in case he
    gets hungry in the night.

Hardly surprising. I've got Jude much better trained - if she's using
it she'll warn me to stay away and make sure she rinces it off
everything it touches before declaring the kitchen safe. It's easier
than clearing up my vomit if I get a lungful of the stuff, I guess.

  5. The giving up smoking will be the hard part, as for the destress and
exercise, just walk to the pub :)

Coffee's not that hard to reduce. I used to drink it all the time and
mostly drink tea now. I found that when I wanted a coffee, I wouldn't
make one and when I got distracted, I'd make one next time I remembered.

This is a bad thing. It isn't much fun having lifestyle changes foisted
upon you. I still miss chocolate.
This is a good thing. May it remain so.

    DR says...
So do I. There are times when I forget I can't eat it, and on those days
a Mars bar will appear in the fridge for Elly's boys to share. Giving up
smoking is going to be easy. I just know it is because I've done it
    hundreds of times before.
