After riding it back from Belfast via Dublin/Hollyhead today, I have
decided it is comfier for me than the 9R. I loved the 9R to bits, but
the Gixer raises the game a touch. The engine is a peach and it is
easier to ride fast than anything I've ridden for any length of time.
This Gixer has AP Lockheed Racing 6 pots on fully floating cast iron
discs, and one finger on the lever is like hitting a brick wall. They
    are stupidly good.

Btw, 014s are fucking excellent in the wet.

Oh dear. He said "Holyhead" and "fast" in the same paragraph.

I *do* hope you were careful, Bond.

  11. Excelent, you are following the route I took in 2001. The GSXR1000 is well
ahead of the ZX9 in the engine and suspension department.
