  1. We've all heard of sportsbike poseurs swapping kneeslider with their racer
mates so they can go around looking like the get their knee down...

    ....is this the ratbike equivalent?

In any case, aren't ratbikes supposed to be about ripping unnecessary things
off bikes or allowing them to just rattle off in their own good time?
What's the go with having bikes with beach umbrellas and toy hand greandes
taped to them being called rats?

I tend to agree, IK. As far as I'm concerned, if it's not
rideable, it's not a bike any more it's a compost heap.
    I like my rats tourable.

PLUS intentionally and deliberately destroying something (i.e. brushing it
with battery acid) is totally against the whole rat-bike ethos (which is to
keep a bike going for as long as possible).

Nevermind the ethos, it's just plain unnecessary!

Rats aren't made, they evolve with time. The poor old Suzi has just about
fully evolved now, might be time to start another rat.

Ok, how do I get this 'ethos' off the K75 then? I did not even know it
had it! And how much does it weight?

I'm pretty sure the K75 will be just fine without it :).
And I still reckon it's got better Rat credentials than
    most ...

I thought that they just rubbed their knees up against bench
    grinders....

    Hmmm.... idea!

Does anyone want scraped CBR250RR footpegs and some heavily used but still
quite roadworthy GPR70s for that little extra street cred (said to be good
for one more track day at same pace)?

Will exchange in new of same make! ;D
