    Is the area in question owned by the building's owners? If not then they
    don't have the right to even politely ask bike owners not to park there. Let
    alone outright outlaw it.

    its on Latrobe St just up from Elizabeth St, and yes its talking bout
    part inside the building line,
    the funny thing is, where they want you to not to park would mean the
    bikes would be out of everyone's way, and now the are parked all along
    the footpath....oh well, their building, their decision
