    Given this bit...

"Doctors said the lightning went through my body and because I was
wearing rubber boots it earthed itself through my penis."

"Thankfully, the doctors said that there would be no lasting effects,
and my penis will function normally eventually."

I'm wondering if, in comic book style, he'll mutate into some sort of
    cock sparking super villain.

Going to metro.co.uk finds the source at

When I was in Croatia, in the mountians in the centre of the Istrian
peninsula, there were the most fantastic lightning storms I've seen. I got
caught in one storm whilst riding in T shirt & jeans. I was battered by
huge fucking hail stones. Fortunately a 1.5km long tunnel was ahead and I
emerged the other side into bright sunshine at about 30C on the Adriatic
    coast.

Puymorens Tunnel? The biggest hailstones I have ever seen were not far
from there. So big cars were stopping under bridges. Got back to the
camp site and heard that two people had been toasted by lightning a
kilometre or so from the lake (Matemale) where I had just been waving
a fishing rod (not carbon fibre luckily) about.

In fact I suspect you mean the Envalira tunnel, in which case strictly
speaking you were already in Andorra.

On our way back from Andorra to Gerona we had everything from freezing
fog to giant hailstones. The journey took over 4 hours and we
sheltered in that tunnel (or whatever tunnel it was) to get slightly
warmer... I'd do it all again. In fact we are, only this time in a
car, since I don't have time to ride down there again. Same time of
year as last time, so I hope to see the same weather :)

maybe it'll shrink instead, and he'll need an electron microscope to
    find it.
