  7. If the airport authorities hadn't come clean about this it would be
    damned hard to prove it wasn't his/hers, whatever the 'mens rea' defence
    put up.

    It's still pretty bad in Japan, there's no distinction on drug classes
    in Japan, so *any* illegal drugs end you up in a Very Bad Place.
    Japanese prison is not somewhere anyone wants to end up...
