I think it is perfectly reasonable that the State fund preferentially those
degrees that may benefit national financial wealth. Primarily
Industrial/technical. Mr Obama had it on the nail in the SoTU speech.

I wouldn't mind having a shufty at Uclan's numbers.
Googling gives me no clear idea of where to look.
