400 is excessive IMHO but for example, I suffer from migraine at
different levels of nastyness and it can often be kept in check by
taking a couple of paracetamols early on before it gains a proper
foothold.

Now, normally it's not a problem that I can only buy 16-odd
paracetamols but it's a trifle annoying if I'm going away and can't
stock up beforehand...

 

An excellent way to kill yourself. Rather than going to sleep and waking
up in hell, you wake up in hospital and have a day or so to repent
before going to heaven.

SWMBO is on 8 a day after an operation. 400 is less than 2 months supply.

Of course if you have a trade account you can still wander into Makro and
buy 1,000 at a time off the shelf. Then hang around the Goth section of your
nearest University and make a mint[1]

the danger level, AIUI.

Heh. Well I just bought two bottles of 400 ibuprofen, but that's
erally just 'cos it was 10 bucks a bottle, compared with £5.95 for 100
at boots or about £2.00 for 20 anywhere else in Europe. In
Switzaerland you can't even get it off prescription, which is plain
stupid, as its toxicity is _much_ lower than paracetamol and better
even than aspirin, which is available.
