They bring it on themselves, they really do

  1. Take M C Edwards (Insurance) ltd.

I know it is the day before the bank holiday and all that.

And that my approach, while perfectly well intentioned from my point of
view, might be construed as hostility from theirs,

But not responding to phone calls is, in this day and age = bad business.

And they will pay for it.

It started with an unsolicited phone call with them seemingly wanting to
    flog me ambulance chaser services

No big deal, **** off and die usually works for me but as the majority of
you lot will know, Auvache's mobile number is not in many phone books. For
any of you lot who don't have it this is either simply because you have
never asked for it or you do not crave it but for ambulance chasers, it is
an out and out no fucking questions asked $NIGEWORD no no.

Thou shall not make unsolicited sales calls to my mobile number.
    NO FUCKING COMPROMISE!!

What I learnt of their data collection and business methods prompted me to
    take it a stage further.

    BLANK WALL.

This is going to be fun.

As an aside, I would heartily agree to any motion from the floor
supporting the professional and helpful mentality of the staff at the FSA.
A Very Informative half hour chat I just had with them I did. Lovely bloke
    that Sam.

Keep up the good work Brother!

I had 2 minor victories of the establishment myself today.

1 - Water/Sewage people tried to go to court over £25 not paid on my
    2010-11 bill
    - the £25 I paid online in June last year! I let them got so far and opted
for telephone arbitration and the very nice lady from the arbitrations
service informed me they gave in and admitted that *they* had lost my
    payment

2 - Received a magistrate court summons in todays post from the local
council for £109 arrears on last years rates - again I knew I had paid, and
they backed down and graciously cancelled the £80 costs they were trying to
    screw out of me.

  5. The compensation is due to all of us as it is all of us who pay their
wages. Good business practice is profitable and WE can all benefit from
it, they need to learn this simple thing.

  8. I am. The cost not just to me but to all of us due to bad business
practices is one of my favourite soapboxes.
