It's right royally extracting the urine and I reckon contempt of court with
    or without a medical certificate.
So what's wrong with the lazy shit stirring trouble making double standard
ethnic scrounger using a fucking wheel chair or alternatively levitating on
his godlyness to the court eh eh eh?!?!?!

Sling the scumbag out of Britain with any of his followers and scrounging
    cunts too.

We should've let the septics have him when they wanted, would've been
    their problem then ...

What can you expect he's made a whole career of prevarication and
obstructionism. Fat lot of good it's doing him now inside of Belmarsh he's
just prolonging his stay: at our expense.

What if he hasn't committed any of the crimes he's been charged with?
What information are /you/ basing your knowledge of him on?

How many of his congregation (I understand he's more or less the
equivalent of a lay preacher) are claiming means tested benefits?

    Oh for Mr. Justice Donaldson....

A rather thin set of charges to justify a remand in custody. Nick Griffin
and his pals in the BNP had no trouble getting bail when charged with many
similar offences. (mind you they are white and non-muslim so they obviously
qualify for more lenient treatment). And WTF does "in possession of a
document that contained information "likely to be useful" to someone who was
plotting an act of terrorism" mean exactly? As far as I can work out it
means he may have had something that some other unspecified third party
MIGHT have found "useful" to plot some unspecified offence at some
unspecified time in the future. However repugnant Mr Hamza and his beliefs
may be, he presents far less of a threat to our freedom than this kind of
    Orwellian legislation does.

    Similar?
Mr Hamza faces ten of charges of soliciting or encouraging people to
murder non-Muslims, four of which relate specifically to Jews. He is
also accused of threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour with intent
    to stir up racial hatred.

A party spokesman said that Nick Griffin, 45, had been held on Tuesday
morning on suspicion of incitement to commit racial hatred.

    Doesn't even mention murder.

    Thats racism that is
It means the police or CPS think the document is strong enough to go to
    court.
On the other hand, I too would like to see him out of prison. (and
handed over to the Americans) or, perhaps that's why the police have
him to save being forced to send him to the septics?
    Double conspiracy theory?

    Ah but..

"A final charge under the Terrorism Act alleges he was in possession
of a document that contained information "likely to be useful" to
someone who was plotting an act of terrorism"

Nice old catch all charge there.
