It was interesting to read some of that thread and note peoples'
comments prior to the Congestion Charge being introduced. I wonder if
any of them have changed their views now that it's increased on area
and cost. I know I have and am now less pro-CC (as it is now) than I
was then.

situation I would have considered it only right and proper to head
straight for the nearest BBC reporter and tell my tale to the nation
without expectation of anything other than an OBE for my troubles,
