the xmas non event thread...

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Doesnotcompute, Nov 17, 2003.

  1. Well it seems that I'm on my todd again this xmas, which to be honest
doesn't bother me too much, I'm not religious so try to avoid xmas as
much as I can without causing problems.

How many others of you don't do xmas? anyone fancy a party around that
time to sit about, eat food, drink lots, watch some shit telly and try
to avoid the whole xmas thing?

  5. well precisely. As I don't do Christmas I have opted to go into work
this year on the work days between Christmas and New Year. I shall take
some holiday in January when everyone else is back slogging themselves
to death to pay off their seasonal debts.

I'll be working straight through Christmas and New Year (stopping to get
horrendously pissed on New Years Eve itself of course - rude not to) as we
have boarding pets with us and the hamsters tend to die off if I don't feed
    'em for a coupla weeks.

So if anyone is around feel free to give us a shout.

I was thinking of booking a suitably long flight somewhere. Then I could
watch shit telly, get served with lots of drink, lots of food and be a
complete miserable **** whilst trying to look up a Trolley Dolly's
    skirt.

Then I could do the same thing on the way back for Boxing Day. Airline
food always tastes like left over turkey and Brussels sprouts anyway.
