  2. You could be right there Andy,
Oh well they won't get any of my money anytime in the future, they might be
the biggest in Melbourne but they have a lot to learn about customer
relations. But then again we all know that don't we?

  4. Shit Al, if I had that behemoth of a jet engine underneath my testickles all
I would be worried about is whether it would stop in time.

I don't have web access, so I can ony assume it's the Y2K turbine
superbike we're talking about here - in which case I've heard that they
offer a guarantee that it'll do 400 km/h or you get your money back.
Nobody has ever taken them up on it.

/200 is enough to spook the bejesus out of me...

You'd want reasonable brakes... 4-pot at least!

  7. You'd need at least 12 pots before you tried!

Does that mean everyone who bought one has done 400kph.. or noone has. Surely
if it's the latter they'd all be entitled to a refund :p

  9. No, its not that, it's some other cobbled together thing, styled like a
fighter jet. It's probably never run in anger at all, which is why I
question the worlds fastest bit. The worlds fastest to me would be the one
that's actually gone the fastest, probably one of the listed land speed
    record bikes.

  10. So till it's actually done it and beaten the previous proven fastest bike,
it can't be the worlds fastest, right? Its only an unproven claim
    otherwise.

No. It's POTENTIALLY the worlds fastest. If it shakes the frame apart at
150K and the wheels fall off then it isn't the worlds fastest is it, it
may get a record for the quickest to fall to bits but an engine sliding
along sans wheels isn't a bike anymore...

Right, that's it. Some bastard get on the phone to Jay Leno and tell
him to take the Ausmoto laser-gun test.

I'm sure I read something about the Y2K's exhaust running so hot that
you could melt the plastic bumper of a car behind you in traffic by
giving the bike a twist in neutral. It must light up like the back of
    the batmobile.

    Now that's *coooooooool.*

  20. Should you be offering medical advice when you haven't the skills?

I think a BAAGLD would have been funny, but the shrink reference shows you
    are being nasty.
