  1. well we are all encouraged to recyle shit these days ben and it seems your
    full of it !!!

im sure that if i went through all your posts you would have on ocasion
    forgotten to snip sigs

further whilst i agree leaving long lists of sigs in is a nuisance it is
wise to leave a cuople of sigs in so people new to the thread can pick up
the jist of whats going on , reading through this gruop this seems the
format to which people adhere .

If you dont like the way i post tough shit

Shut the **** up you Faaaahn, faaahn caaaahn![1]

And please understand, old chap, that it ain't personal when anyone has a go
back if you are being an aforementioned fahn cahn, then it *will* be pointed
out and you *will* find yourself out on a (very lonely) limb.

I'd advise biting your tongue, taking the shit and thinking before engaging
the typing finger for the next few months/weeks or at least until you stop
    sounding like a twat....

    Yours in a helpful mood

Wrong. It's generally accepted that leaving the correct attributions in
at the top of the page will give any newcomers to the thread a clue as
to who said what. You leave unnecessary .sigs in which just makes the
post harder to follow, you post at the bottom, despite being asked to
follow ukrm convention and you are abusive when asked politely to change
your posting style to the accepted style. I can only agree with
everything Ben has said. None of the regulars leaves .sigs in replies,
only the fuckwitted such as yourself.
No, if you don't like the way *we* post, you can **** off from whence
you came, i.e. back under your stone of choice.

But it's hard to argue with?

There was some walla talking about education curriculums on R4 last night
and it suddenly struck me that a sport or PE skill should be on the
compulsory curriculum and there should be a qualification at the end of it
    as with Maths, English etc.

Just because they have commercial experience doesn't mean that they're

    a) any good
    b) a good man manager

Why is this a problematical concept for some people on here?

Fucking-non-graduates with chips, is what it is.

This all sounds like sour grapes to me.
This was the point *I* was making. But you seem to think that a
non-graduate being a manager is intrinically a good idea, as you said in
your first para. And you seem to think that the idea failing would be the
fault of the underling graduate for being "up themselves".

    You really are thick wanker.

  18. Because they've not got a rounded education from going to
    uni...
    or that.

I can imagine some graduates getting pissed off with the
idea as well. "Standard" graduate recruitment into a large
company, and you get an experienced older manager and some
training. In the Ginge version, you get someone your own
age who will probably not understand your mindset initally.

  19. No, that's what the graduates are for.

Then I'd put them in charge of graduates..
I've employed splendid fuckwits in both flavours. Interestingly enough a lot
of the well known successful entreprenurial types didn't go on into further
education. You can either manage people or you find it difficult.
