dumdeedum, about 342 pm, the day after the world ended for the next four
years and I am thumping home on the Beem, bundled up nicely in the 'stich,
listening to NPR on my little radio earplugs.
up ahead the sky was dark, very dark, like the sky this summer in Utah,
before the huge thunderstorms drenched us on our way to Colorado.
But wait, the weather dude/chick hadn;t said anything about rain had they?
    Nah.
But soon I was being bombarded with Quarter Size Hailstones, on my helmet,
my shoulders, forearms ( ouch!) and holy moly I couldn;t see but a few
    hundred feet ahead.
Traffic started really crawling along so I popped into lane sharing mode and
bopped along at a nice safe pace, my flashers flashing and then...
the motorcycle lanes ( between the cars, remember?) were filling up
    with...ice!
Yikes, I got back into a car lane and schnurbled along with the sheep
heading north into the land of french bread and caffe lattes. And it
actually got worse. But then it did stop.
Now that 'stich is one fine piece of riding gear if you ask me. I was
snuggly as a buggly in there and only my hands and feet were a bit damp as I
rolled into the hood. Otherwise I was just peachy, even without an extra
    layer underneath.
    maybe I don't really need a car...
Anyone looking for a sort of nice 325i ?
Well maybe I will keep it for another year, after all it did pass smog
    again.
Anyone else get treated to a hail storm today?
