Actually, if you examine the US CAN-SPAM act, you will find they are not
liable to any prosecution (which they wouldn't be anyway since this is a
NG, not email) since they haven't actually specified a product.
Interesting little loophole, that one, and I wonder if it will begin to
be exploited.
