Been riding my gpx250 for a few weeks now.
Been getting the approving nod from every bike I pass.

Not quite sure what it means but I like it.
    Gavin.

    Not everyone nods.

There are some pricks among the bunch.

If your not nodding, and you're not a prick then be aware you have a more
than average chance of ending up as a stick up the bum BMW rider in later
    life :)

No I sometimes don't nod because I'm generally too busy minding my own
    business to remember!

Cruising through Berri this morning gave the nod and wave to a bunch of
'real' Harley riders (such as yourself Pisshead... none of these soft
wannabe accounting/legal types...) and got nods and waves back. Does this
mean they couldn't have actually been 'real'? :)

    Cheers,

Umm.. hate to break it to you Gerry, but the Secret is not "you don't
    *really* need a sidestand"

I only get waves back from the older ones (who aren't so scared of being
not tough enough) or if I'm on the Baby Beemer.

I think that's the Baby Beemer saving throw on Charisma though, it's
    never failed yet.

No I sometimes don't nod because I'm generally too busy minding my own
    Thats a valid point.

Ocasionally you have to keep your eye out for cars and can't always be
    nodding to other bikers. :)

  13. I think certain bikes are exempt from the biases of some riders your baby
beemer obviously means you've got nothing to prove or something like that.
Never fail to get a nod or wave back on the sidecar either.

No, but it does make you a snob. Get those neck muscles moving. It
    doesn't cost you anything.
