  5. You mean the Dominican Republic where 25% of the population lives below the
poverty line and they can't wait to escape to America???

Now who's telling you how to live your life???

I see. You want to start an armed rebellion against a nation whose
majority representation, in the executive and the legislative
branches, is by the political party that is most in favor of an armed
citizenry. Let us know how that works out for you.

  8. a: They were outright lying on al Quaeda links. It was a classic Big
Lie campaign, repeat it enough times and people believe it, even when
    you deny making the lie.

b: Yes, they should have. Remember, we had inspectors back in Iraq,
under cover of the US military, and supposidly being fed the best the
CIA had to offer, and were coming up blank. In all this "but we used
the best intelligence we had" excuse from both sides, they seem to
    forget this unfortunate inconvenient fact.

You might technically say that prefiltering information, deliberate
lies (Feith was caught lying to congress about intelligence
conclusions) and incestual amplification to keep reaching the same
conclusion in light of contrary evidence is not lying, but it is still
    reckless, criminal behavior.

you jest of course. If your boat is worth much, you can
be pirated no problem at all in the Caribbean.... regardless
your armaments. You can be stopped from a distance under
threat of RPG attack...then boarded and disarmed....screwed
    and tatoo'd.

  13. Whilst I agree with the concept of owning any damn weapon
one wishes to own and the open (or concealed) carry of such.
I think we must simply draw the line at crew served
weapons...if on the other hand you don't go carrying them
around all the time and keep up with the registration like
your bike. then I guess it's okay.

I see that grammar ranks right up there with logic in your world. I
have an idea. Move to Cuba. They have really good literacy programs.
Maybe there you could start your armed revolution, they've been fond
of those in the recent past.

Anything close enough to be hurt by a .45 auto round is already too close.
A Browning .50 cal something. Semi-auto at the very least.

LAWS rockets are nice and compact. Suitable for close up work. Let 'em get
    close and... SURPRISE!

.....but, I'm just spit-balling, here, not having a yacht in the Caribbean.
But, if I did, I'd sure want something along those lines.
