Let's think about that a little. Now it's as obvious to me as to the next
guy that they gave our government really bad intelligence. But lying?
Lying is relaying information you know is false.

If they knew the information was false, they would also be able to predict
that we'd go to war and fail to find WMDs. What agenda does that support
in our intelligence community? Whose career is prospering from being
    involved in that?

First of all, that stuff is from Exodus:
There are three versions of the Ten Commandments in the Hebrew Scriptures
(Old Testament). They are at Exodus 20:2-17, Exodus 34:12-26, and
Deuteronomy 5:6-21. Exodus 20 is the most commonly used set. In the King
    James' Version, its text reads:

    Exodus 20:
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any
thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is
in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD
thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the
    children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my
    commandments.
7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD
will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou
shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant,
nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy
    gates:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that
in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the
    sabbath day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the
land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
    13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
    15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy
neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor
his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

So I guess that makes you the dumb **** , and you're an asshole, too, by
    the way.

I spend more than a few years inside that cluster ****...
they lie.. its endemic, is a habit.. these people are utterly
corrupt. I detest them personally for those reasons..I
testified against them before congress.. Our CIA is running
hundreds if not thousands of tons of illegal street drugs into
the USA..for decades...its no secret.. that was testified to
also before an aghast congress (that back burnered
prosecutions) Ollie North admitted it in his congressional
testimony...it was on 60 minutes as well... while there are
no doubt some decent people in the US spook community... there
are damn few.. on cannot be decent and be an integral part of
    that absolute unmitiated disaster.

Thats from the inside.. eye ball to eye ball with this
scum. I know their characteristics and the things they like
to do...such as degrade people. Those broom handle jobs on
Iraqi prisoners was for me, utterly predictable.

If the CIA issues a truthful report, its an accident or is
on some utterly irrelevant issue..which is rare in my view.
They proved it again in this Iraq mess.

Now just in case I leave any doubt about my view of these
people... I hold them as the *absolute SCUM of the earth.
With no peers. The Mosad is about 4 light years brighter,
and the Russian Mafia limitlessly brighter and 15 times as
nasty... but for slime...our CIA, US Naval Intelligence
particularly as I see it...and Ive seen more than a little of
    it... takes the cake.

Your situation Andy is that you, as the rest of americans are
largely naive on these issues, the level of corruption, and
abjuct idiocy, and self destructive arrogance is simply
unfathomable to any sensible person. nearly perfect cover.

You would think so, but Ive seen repeatedly these people
behaving like utter morons...then lying about it.. my only
explanation is that corruption ruins the brains of is host. I
have posted a lot on that in the last 10 years... Recently
in a reply to saddle I provided links.

Justifying corruption causes the brain to reform neuronal
links (dendron arm branching) to support the illogic... the
person goes utterly south from there across all areas of life.

Drug running in the trillions, fraudulent arms manufacture and
sales into the hundreds of billions or trillions each year (on
the black budget unaccounted for) ...that cash flow...and
laundering the money into the hands of the individuals and
    other entities involved.

The Bushs get a miniscule spin off from that, as front men Im
sure. The rest is largely untraceable.... the books are
    cooked

Ive posted links to congressional testimony on this from Ex
cia and military officers, and more than a few US
congressmen..and also recently directly on this black budget
some accounting from ex congresswoman. Fitts.

Its a very very old story...if you work inside these
operations you see it going on, if you wish to keep working
inside these places you learn to keep your mouth shut and go
    blind...

As many US corporations are fleeing the states to avoid tax
levels that make them uncompetitive in world markets...so are
many american citizens..its having an adverse effect on the
income tax base..so moves are afoot to slow that up, and make
accessing ones retirement funds in the US difficult. Today
the average retirment income for the 50 million boomers is 900
dollars a month... as the dollar has become worth 35% or
more less since 1999... many will have a choice to live here
at 1/3 the poverty level income..(abject poverty)...or move to
third world nations ..south america etc.

The problem with that for govt is now that money, in agregate
still a large sum goes out of the US economy... so such
options are on the table now to be eliminated.

The US is in deep trouble, so are its federal pensioners ..as
tax revenues fall, there will not be enough money to pay those
retirements. taxing our new hamburger flipper economy is not
going to come evern remotely close to covering that nut.

and our US govt is fully aware of that...
