This is the replacement for the adventure we had planned for July, kind
of a very scaled down version really.

23rd September myself plus UberBimmer plus SO head out to Harwich, ferry
to Esjberg, up to Morso via the Ring Fjord then Skagen in the North then
down to Fyn, and across to Sjaelland. Now comes the hard part, so far we
will have done the majority of the coast of Jutland, but will Christels
leg be holding up enough to allow us to continue into Sweden with a view
to chasing Elks up to the NO border, or do we just mill around and enjoy
the local ambience and a few beers then a quick dash into the
Fatherland before heading home via Esjberg.

Only time will tell.

Forgot to say, this a camping expedition.

It has not left my tank bag since last year, however this year we
also have some serious internet only Deet based shite that has a warning
about its ability to melt plastic and damage skin. That should stop the
little fuckers.

 

Well, there will be many colourful types there and much beer. I don't
want anyone to get arrested *per se* but the publicity won't hurt. I'm
kind of doorman cum agent provocateur IYSWIM. Well, you'll have to be
there. I'm sure that nothing of note will happen because of my auntie hat.

 

PS: I had a chat woith our local bobby tonight, and he's up to speed.[1]
