Better than 3 points I suppose.

I wonder how well saying "I was slowing from 125 when your camera caught
me at 50" would go down?

I was tempted to give them a bit of a hard time when I did the course
but I was conscious of the fact that they have the power to remove you
from the course and then you get fined and cop the points in addition
to having already paid £60 and lost a day.

The toughest bit was when they asked if everyone present knew the area
and if they were aware there was a camera there before they got
nicked. Ha fucking ha, do they think I'm stupid enough to get caught
by a camera I drive past on a regular basis? I'm a habitual speeder
with a clean licence so it should be obvious that I don't speed where
    I know there are cameras.

Try it - the guys doing the course say up front that they have no
powers to enforce a correct attitude. I started out feeling
moderately bolshy, and then quickly realised the easiest (for me) way
thru it was to just keep quiet and get on with it.
