    I can remeber on my first business trip to the States. We where ordered a
    take away pitza when we did a late night session. When it turned up I
    thought it was for all of us, then three more appeared...

    That place takes epic proportions to new heights of stupidity. It's no
    wonder the US has such an issue with obesity.
