You mean, all neatly laid out and spangly, in red cabinets?

We did our own laminate flooring a couple of years ago and I vowed I'd never
do it again. Then it transpired that I'd been doing it wrong and there was a
much easier way of doing it. So I might be tempted again but I have since
decided that I don't like the stuff. Give me carpets any day. Ok laminate is
easy to clean but that's about it as far as I'm concerned.

    Rusted and ropy.
    Dog-eared old copy.
    Vintage and classic,
    or just plain Jurassic:
    all words to describe me.

Do prices get cheaper in a recession ?

I would have thought all the rogue traders will have crashed and burned
by now. Leaving mostly the legitimate ones and they will pass on the tax
and vat mans cut to the customer so that they can at least make a decent
    living out of what's left.

  11. Prices have dropped slightly but not as much as people think , there
are still plenty of rogues out there

Rogues fall into two extremes ,

    Rip off merchants

Idiots that **** up so much it costs twice the original quote to put
    right
