That would explain why my left nut hangs lower than the right. The
right one is screwed on nice and tight but the left is a bit 'loosey'.
And I'm not actually scratching myself, I'm just checking to see that
the left one hasn't unscrewed itself completely :)

I have no intention of buying magazine I'd rarely buy simply to read a nonsense letter you've
    written.

Question: Were you arrested, conveyed to a police station and charged with this alleged offence,
were you issued with an infringement notice (where the offence was traditionally "Not have proper
control over vehicle" and not Negligent Driving) or were you breached and subsequently summonsed to
appear at court? I'm finding quite a few inconsistencies in the fable you've alleged to date.

The article is not a lettter.

I was pulled over and booked with Neg driving section 42(1)(c) and section
71, road transport (saftey and traffic managment )(road rules) regulation
    1999, part 2 division 4.

I elected to contest the fine

    Its all true!

If you like ill email you the fine and Court attendance notice if you like!

  4. Yup. Wimping out. That's precisely what I'm doing...

You issued a vague invitation to meet you at an inner-city park
without specifying a day (tonight, tomorrow night, next week?), time
    (8pm, 9pm, 10pm, lunchtime?) or a precise place (a particular bench,
next to the kids' swings, behind the men's toilet block, inside the
men's toilet block?) at which you'd like to do this.

I countered with a precise address (159 Church St, Parramatta) of a
restaurant (Toscani's), and a precise date and time at which I intend
to be having a pasta dinner there (this Wednesday, 8pm onwards). Since
you're that set on settling this in person that you've now gone on
about it for three posts in a row, it obviously means more to you than
it does to me, so you can make the fucking effort and come see me at
    my fucking convenience... cumstain.

  6. I'll go you one better... Bob's an old acquaintance of mine (so old I
doubt he'd remember). How about he join you and I for dinner at
Toscani's in Parramatta this Wednesday? I wouldn't mind catching up
with him, and you can show us both all your paperwork... and I'll
still call you a cumstain to your face.

So it was an infringement notice, you elected to plead Not Guilty and you received a CAN, not being
    actually charged at all?

Anyway, it's so good to hear you beat the police and "got off" costing you only $800 at the end of
    the day. That showed 'em.

    Boris,

Ill be the first to admit it was a fucking stupid thing to do, and yes it
    was a pyrrhic victory.

The point i was making was that if you were booked by PC Lee, he has left
the force and his superiors arn't going to back up his fines in court.

Maybe somebody in the biking community can save a few pionts.

Anyway are you coming to dinner with Knee Slider and me on Wednesday night?

What, anyone who disbelieves your stories must fight the alpha male of the pack? Thank God this
matter didn't get to court. Imagine the poor old magistrate having to go a couple of rounds with
you in the carpark becuse he didn't believe you?

Get back to me after you've started shaving?

  14. My bad here... ever since the two of them popped up on here, I've been
getting Boris and Bob Milutinovic mixed up. It's *Bob* I used to know
back in the day, not Boris.

Either of them is welcome to drop by, though...
Booking's already made, cockspank. All you have to do is show up.

It makes it a bit difficult flying in from the Sunshine Coast, but okay, 'ckin' oath mate, put me on
the social list. I'll have to get a cab from the airport, so, if you're there before me I'll have
the quail in aspic on rye, hold the lemon grass thanks.

Will that be all, can I lock up the office and head home now?
