  1. They made me watch it the buggers, all the way to the end.

Ah, the new one, or the old new one?

We had a preview of the new Civic advert a few weeks ago now, and I'm
expecting it to appear any time soon.

I presume a new one. "Special" sound track a clue?

I presume the one with a Civic "performed" by a choir? It's all very
clever but it just doesn't have the same power as 'Impossible Dream'.

BRING BACK THE OLD NEW ONE!

They are trying so give them credit. This one though while goodish is
    not worthy of an award.

I think their mistake is showing you the choir too early on in the ad
there is no discovery moment for you to feel good about.

I like their new ones, even the ones that are crap. I am a great fan of
quality advertising and an even greater fan of new quality advertising.

Yes, the new new one then :)

Not bad, but not as good as the old new one.

Yes I agree, it would have been better to show it at the end.
It's good for sure. I still think the best one was the 'Just Works' with
all the Accord bits rolling and what not.

I agree. They set the bar at a Blaney for that one though, all the rest
are just good attempts after that.

Indeed, but it did actually take the dismantling of a real Honda Accord,
and 600+ takes to get it.

  12. I had that somewhere but lost it. Is it still available as a download
    anywhere?

I believe Honda will send you the DVD if you ask them!

I don't like it - it's too long - Impossible dream is better, but Cog
remains the best of the lot.

Still not buying a Honda mind you.

And the Civic seems to be getting very mixed reviews
