The Donington Paddock Suite carpet...

    ....appears to have a track plan of Le Mans woven into it (though some
    of it was hidden by partitions). If that is truly what I saw, anyone
    know why not a plan of Donington itself?

    Aha. As ever, a logical answer is presented!

    Actually, I've had a closer look at the LM map and some of the corner
    angles as I recall them were not quite right, but it is bloody
    similar.
