The silly bastards sent the assessor anyway, and have written me a
letter saying they're taking action.

I've confirmed in writing that the 25 quid he paid for reapirs to the
bike is sufficient and complete payment as far as that side of things
goes.

The personal injuries and uninsured losses are another ketle of fish, as
I've reminded them.
