The dim yellow glow brightens!

    Sounds more like it.

    when the visibility is no longer reduced.

  3. well, yes, but see the detail of my repsonse...
    yep. but that constitutes having more than 2 dipped beams illuminated at
    the same time, if you count 'em as extra dips, which is wrong.

    and besides, it bloody *should* be as I originally stated it. fogs *or*
    dips, not both.

  5. well, true. But if it's *real* fog, you don't want the dips on as well,
    makes to much glare. fogs only doesn't let you see any more (if they're
    properly set up) but it does reduce the glare)
