    Yes, I've often wondered that myself.

    However:

    - who says 60km/h would save lives (same for all arbitrary numbers posted
    around the traps)?
    - how would the revenue stream be supplemented??

    Clearly the harsh Bracks approach has worked - hasn't the Vic road toll rate
