  4. In uk.rec.motorcycles, BGN amazed us all with this pearl of wisdom:
I'd come down there just to say hello and have a brew, hotly followed by
a roundabout hoonette, and btw, I don't drive an artic ;)

I've yet to find one in all the miles I've done on UK roads.

I may well see you at Prawnfest/Pinestock if you're still coming.
I'll be staying in a B&B for the night so I can get ratarsed.

....and they've only got a twin room left!
Do you drive a white van?

  7. In uk.rec.motorcycles, BGN amazed us all with this pearl of wisdom:
    I'm hoping to be there.
I snore and my farts smell ;)
Noooo. I've got a HGV licence but I can only drive rigids upto (IIRC) 30
tonnes. My work "van" is an 18 tonner.

  8. ...and there's a BP station just to the south to fill up at, and a
BMW dealer a little further south to replace the knee-sliders. And a
hospital south of that, in case you screw up; and a church to the north if
    you *really* screw up!

  9. You know the area then? If so - where's the nearest Halfords type place
and are they open on a Sunday? :(

    and another:

but that's your lot. Only three in the UK, and one of the first two is
up for removal apparently. More junction fun at
