Clearly, Vale has the best tires Michelin can make, though Dani boi probably
gets Fed-Ex over-nite service too. All this assorted BS about new trik
go-fast parts for Honda, Kaw and 'Zuki mean little, or nothing if you can't
put it to the ground over a race distance. Bridestone has definitely closed
the gap, but their proximity to Europe looks to be their Achilles heel. Is
it fair? Hell no, but that's just the way it is(always has been too) and no
tire rule outside a spec one is gonna change it. And no, I don't favor one
either, so we'll probably see Stonah's lead chipped away over the next few,
that is, unless he drops it, or until the far east sweep, but it'll more
than likely, be a case of not nearly enough at that point...
