Hmm. Buggeration. A right PITA at the very least.

All the very best, Alan - try and keep it amicable (as I'm sure you
will) and minimise solicitors' involvement. You know where we are if
    you want a cuppa - or a beer ...

Hey what the **** do you say to that really?
Ive never met either of you or know you, but whatever happens I hope its for
    the best mate.

PS, don't let her get the bike or a share of you business or anything else.
    After that be fair :)

    Good luck

Really sorry to hear that Alan.

Please try and keep solicitors out of the equation as they only make
    matters much much worse.

    Life does get better, honest.

Oh well, at least the kids are old enough to take it.
Well done for lasting so long. Now it's time to really play!

My wife and I have agreed to divorce.

    Alan,
We have never actually met, but I can say only this, I have divorced and
been divorced (2 separate occasions for those losing the plot) and it ain't
    easy from either side.
Best of British to you, and indeed to your surrounding family.
Things *do* get better and the light at the end of the tunnel isn't some
cnut with a torch, it's the good bit.

Take it easy and go with the flow.

Wot, the buggeration, or the tea/beer?

We've not met but hang in there, Alan. I've only done one divorce
(so far...) and it sure sucked mightily at the time, but as time
passes it gets easier. Lean on your mates a bit, if they're any
good, they'll be there for you. It looks like you've got some
right good ones here, at least.
