Alan - I don't know any of the background to this but I really hope it's for
the best - for both of you.

    Best wishes to you both.

Is this good or bad IYO?
It's hard to know these days, some couples go "woo hoo!" about it whereas
others end up at depression central and go all weepy.

Hope it works out for the best whichever way it stands for you (from what
I've seen it usually does, in time).

  13. Having lived through two divorces I'd imagine you all feel like shit now
and aren't particularly looking forward to tomorrow. Life does improve
    though.

Best wishes to the pair of you and the kids.

Sorry to hear that, Alan. Hope it all works out, eventually.

I'll resist the obvious "Paging Bear" dig.

I guess everyone here has their own story. About 4 years back my wife
and I split up. After about 6 months we got back together - sort of
suprised us. Appart, we realised what we were missing and what a stupid
mess we'd made of it. The time after has on the whole been far better
    than before.

On the other hand, who knows what my life would be like now if we hadn't
    got back together?

All the best in any case.
