So what did I do for the past few days? Spent it at the DSA facility in
Cardington being assessed. Not nice so I'm having some nice wine now.

She was at the airship sheds, having her cleavage measured.

There's a line about hanger/hangar size begging to be done here, but
I'm just not going to do it.

  5. Good move, a bit to much potential for stress.

The outcome was fine but the assessment is horrible, I thought my nerves
would settle down but they gradually got worse, at the end of the first day
I was ready to go home. I wasn't on my own either, everyone felt the same.
Only two of us passed, three had their instructor licence pulled.

I thought I had done really bad and during the debrief the assessor asked me
what I thought I'd done wrong. I asked him how much time he had. The he told
me that I had done really well and scored top marks. I Looked at him and
said "are you sure". He laughed.

It's like being in a pressure cooker for two days.

    That's funny :)

The sheds do cause quite a problem at the centre, they cast a long shadow
this time of year which means the frost don't clear.

    Pip says...
Good move, because you know full well the sheds at Cardington[1] are not
    called hangars.

[1] The sheds are actually in Shortstown[2], but everyone has always
    called them the Cardington sheds.
[2] My parents lived there when I was born.
