Took the GSXR out for a play because it's being SORN'd at the end of
    the week.

Cold, slippy, busy with sales shoppers but fun.

Probably took more time to wash the salt of it afterwards than I spent
    riding mind.

And as a nice Christmas prezzie, Biketeam have managed to reduce my
fully comp insurance premium from £840 quid to £575 :)

I'm slightly pleased. 4 years ncb obviously helps, especially as it
doesn't have an alarm or immobiliser.

And you're getting old - that's the other thing.

I'm still the decent side of 30. 4 points being lifted from my
licence will have been a big help.

Me too. Well, for another 9 months and 11 days, anyway.
Erk. I'm just having some added to mine.

    **** it.

  7. Should have waited til today. Legs got a bit chilly against the tank,
but other than that the roads are sort of dryish, the sky's blue and
it's back into summer glove temperatures.

Still can't ride the thing for my life, but it was fun blowing the
    cobwebs away :)

Same here, Champ will have lots of snow. Actually he'll be lucky to get
    out.

It stopped raining enough for me to take the cams out of the FZR250
today. What tiny little shims it takes! I hope I can pick up the one I
need easily, and don't have to get it ordered from Japan or somewhere
    stupid.
