That new law on Mobile Phones

Seems to be working. (1)

I did a survey this morning, on the way to work,
and saw not one person with a phone jammed into their ear.

Normally I would have been able to count 20 or so.

But , for how long ?

I had to use the phone when I was driving a van on Sunday, which was
quite entertaing cos the steering on the van is so fucked that it
really *did* need two hands on the steering wheel.
