That may explain it...

    Took the K for it's MOT, last week. As I rode to the test venue, the
    bike seemed to flop into the bends, which unnerved me a tad.

    I thought it was just me, not having ridden for a couple of months...
    or the head bearings were buggered.

    Well, the bike passed with flying colours, so the head bearings were
    ok, then (I actually asked the tester to pay extra attention to them).
    I trundled off for fuel and a session ragging it up and down the
    bypass for a bit... Still floppy...

    Today, because "stuff" got in the way during the past week, I got
    round to checking the pressures... 12psi down, front and rear... I
    guess that would be the cause of the flopping, then.

    Mini compressor and digital pressure gauge will do for me... as long
    as I remember to use them...
