    Whenever I'm back in London (rarely these days) it's the slightly pissy
    smell you get from the streets after a little rain that makes me miss the
    place. But on an optimistic note, I'm getting to the age when my trousers
    are probably gonna be a constant reminder :)

    I was in London for a few days last week.

    The place had a constant smell of exhaust fumes and bad drains with the
    underground having a tinge of piss to go with it.

    Real ale was available with a good choice but at an exorbitant price.

    On the plus side I managed a few hours in the British Museum, which I
    found an amazing place.

    Plus the Natural history and science museum. Hadn't been there since I
    took the kids when they were small.

    Plus a show.

    Plus the London Eye.
